Fallout 76's Hilarious Video Has Revealed This Game's Many Flaws
Although after a quite exciting reveal at The Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) 2018, Fallout 76 still has not been the game many players expected it to be. That's because of due in large part to this game-breaking bugs, the server problems, terrible Public Relations (PR), and plenty more, Fallout fans' satisfaction quickly hit the lowest point mere several days after launch. While Bethesda has since admitted the less ideal launch and it has continued to update and patch this game with content, there is still so much left to be done. One user has tried to record the entire ordeal, from reveal to release and beyond, then crafting a truly hilarious video for everyone to enjoy.
This video is called The Fall of 76, uploaded by a Youtuber named Internet Historian, this latest video covers the entire story of Fallout 76 from when it was first revealed in full, through the many problems, up to where the game is now. This video uses so many creative editing and photoshop (PS) skills, the video is also quite entertaining when it comes to discussing some of the lesser interesting issues of the game itself. All the things begin in June 2018, showing many promises Bethesda made at its E3 showcase and then resulting technical issues and some funny Fallout 76 glitches once the game went live to the public.
Also, this video does a nice job at explaining some of the biggest controversies and strange public relations (PR) moves that Bethesda made during the launch window period. Some of the much bigger post-launch controversies included strange PR moves like Bethesda demanding that suspected cheaters write an essay about why using third party software is harmful to an online game community. Another saw this Bethesda studio banned a player who owned too much Fallout 76 ammo and spent 900 hours in the game. Moreover, the duffel bag problem and its consequence also has its own dedicated chapter in the video.
This hilarious video also goes into great detail over the hidden dev room controversy, an area of the game and which is only available for the developers. Fallout 76 players not only found this hidden room but also found that it was filled with all kinds of resources, gear, and Fallout 76 powerful weapons. It seems that there is been a lot of back and forth between players and developers as well as many bans, but it appears that the controversy still rages on to this day.
Unfortunately, for all the negativity surrounding the title currently, containing the recent pay to win concerns in the in-game Atomic Shop, it is worth mentioning that now Bethesda has made a lot of big additions to this game. As a part of the content roadmap for 2019, the first major free expansion which is known as Wild Appalachia launched back in March with new quests to undertake. Since then the Bethesda studio has released some smaller updates such as new dungeon, new challenges, a new Faction called The Pioneer Scouts, and much more quality of life updates. As we all know that the game may still have a long way to go to get back into the good impressions of Fallout 76 fans, but now, it is a start.
Last but not least, this game, Fallout 76 now is available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
The Lost Ark features beautiful character modeling and maps of various scenarios, which are very playable and very popular, and many players buy cheap Lost Ark gold coins to experience the game.
