ESO Guide: How To Level Antiquities In The Elder Scrolls Online Game
Level Fast Antiquities In TESO |
After reading this article, you can level your new skill-lines efficiently.
A lot of players may not know that Antiquities is the latest activity added to The Elder Scrolls Online as a new part of the chapter named Greymoor, and enterprising archaeologists have already noticed that it has two skill-lines to level up. In this guide, I will guide you on how to level both quickly, though if you need a primer on unlocking the activity, Scrying, or Excavation, that means you should check out the guides for those.
Now what you really need to is Antiquities in The Elder Scrolls Online now can be leveled in Artaeum quickly.
Please notice that if you own the Summerset Chapter for The Elder Scrolls Online (or if you have Elder Scrolls Online) that means you can use the tiny island of Artaeum to power level your Antiquities skill-lines. If you do not, you will want to find a quite similarly small zone, for example, Bal Foyen or the other starter zones from the base game. They will not be as efficient as Artaeum (I am serious, the island is minuscule just compared to other Elder Scrolls Online zones), however, they will be much faster to traverse than the much larger zones.
Before we officially start, let's break down the amount of experience needed per level, and how much experience you will earn per completed Lead:
*For Level 1 - 2: 8 EXPERIENCE
*For Level 2 - 3: 12 EXPERIENCE
*For Level 3 - 4: 30 EXPERIENCE
*For Level 4 - 5: 40 EXPERIENCE
*For Level 5 - 6: 60 EXPERIENCE
*For Level 6 - 7: 85 EXPERIENCE
*For Level 7 - 8: 115 EXPERIENCE
*For Level 8 - 9: 150 EXPERIENCE
*For Level 9 - 10: 200 EXPERIENCE
Here is for each Lead grants:
*GREEN - 1 EXPERIENCE
*BLUE - 3 EXPERIENCE
*PURPLE - 5 EXPERIENCE
*GOLD - 10 EXPERIENCE
*RED - 10 EXPERIENCE
Once you enter in Artaeum (or your starter zone of choice) begin scrying the basic green-level Lead for the zone in your own journal. Every zone in Elder Scrolls Online: Greymoor has a stock green-level Lead, and of course, it can be farmed endlessly. If you want to take on blue Leads, then you need to hit level three, so the smaller zones make it much easier to chain excavations back-to-back. Once you hit level 3, then you will start to earn blue quality Leads from your green-level digs, and these will be for the very same zone.
As long as you can tackle blue quality Leads begin farming those by finishing a green-level Lead, and then the blue quality one. After you excavate them, then blue quality Leads will disappear, thus the need to farm another green-level Lead to get a brand new one. Keep at this until you reach level 5 and you can unlock purple quality Leads.
Right now, let's get into the fun part. Purple quality Leads are just like blue Leads: after you get the goods, they will disappear very soon. Unlike blue quality Leads you only acquire one purple Lead for the very same zone form digging, therefore, you will need to rotate across ALL of Tamriel to grab new Purple leads. You are gonna farm a green-level Lead, then you need to farm a blue-level Lead, followed by the purple Lead, and then move on to a new zone. As long as you hit level 7 that means you can dig up The Elder Scrolls Online Gold quality Leads.
Gold quality Leads are found out in the whole world: in treasure chests, on world bosses, in Psijic Rifts, within Public Dungeons, or off of random monsters. The thing you need to watch out is: you need to be at least level 7 in Scrying with the appropriate trait unlocked for these to begin dropping. Yes, just as you thought, it's exploration time. Go out into the world and then start exploring as you usually would, and then feel free to plunder delves and dungeons you might have already completed. Once you have already stockpiled 30 gold Leads start uncovering them to hit level 10.
Once you reach level 10 that means you are done with leveling, and that now can dig up red "ULTIMATE" Leads. These contain some of the rarest treasures in-game, though the new Mythic items are ESO gold Leads, which means that you do not necessarily need to reach level 10 if you just do not care about much else. Other than that, there you can go: however, this is the most efficient method to level your Antiquities skill-lines. You also can do it at your own pace as you naturally explore The Elder Scrolls Online, but if you want to power-level these skill-lines that means you will need to dedicate a day to the quest. Have fun now, and please keep in mind to not blow your treasures up while you are digging!
