  Second, head to Watoga Shopping Plaza, which is also in Cranberry Bog. To the west, there will be a toolbox sat on a rock near the river. The toolbox key will open it, and you'll find the key to Clara's box.
 

  After that, head over to the Red Rocket in Sutton. Head North and you'll see a doghouse with a box inside. Use the key you've just picked up and you'll find the Nuka-Cola locker key.

  In the south-west corner of the Forest, south of Billings Homestead, you will find the Nuka-Cola Plant named Kanawha. Try to enter through the East entrance because there are a lot of Ghouls wondering around.

  Head inside and go upstairs until you find a Lockpick level one locked door. Enter that room and you will see a safe and a metal box with a note from Clara. Go through to the back and you will see a locker containing the TNT Dome Key 3.
 

  Eventually, you're looking for the location of the Nuka Cola Power Armor paint. Head to the Black Mountain Ordnance Works between Point Pleasant and Deathclaw Island and search for Bunker 3. Once inside, you'll notice the plan for T-51 Power Armor Nuka Cola paint.
